The Gold Envelope
The Gold Envelope
is a monthly collectible from my studio in Mexico.
Each month includes a limited-release 5x7 fine art print, a personal artist note, and a studio reflection exploring the inspiration, process, and emotional atmosphere behind the work.
These pieces are part of an evolving visual language rooted in form, memory, restraint, and feeling - available only during the month they are released.

Visual Language
These paintings began as an intuitive visual language, a way of translating feeling, rhythm, stillness, and movement into organic forms and restrained compositions.
My process is deeply meditative. I’m interested in creating space rather than over-explaining, allowing each piece to feel quiet, grounded, and emotionally open.
I work with carefully selected archival oil paints and richly pigmented professional materials, including custom-mixed blacks and muted earth tones chosen for their depth, softness, and ability to hold light quietly across the surface. Soft pale gold lines move through the compositions like subtle points of connection…less as ornament, and more as shifts in rhythm, balance, and light.
For me, restraint is not emptiness. It is space for presence.
This meditation was created as a quiet invitation to paint through intuition — to let go of perfection, return to play, and reconnect with the colors, movement, and energy that naturally arise within you.
The repetitive movement of the brush and the layering of paint reflect the same rhythm and presence I seek within my work.
Rather than focusing on rules or outcome, I’m interested in creating space for instinct, emotion, and subtle perception to guide the process…allowing each mark, color, and form to emerge organically.
Over time, I became less interested in perfect representation and more interested in the emotional experience of creating itself…the quiet awareness that emerges through repetition, attention, and intuitive movement
